With over 35 years combined experience we know and understand the business. We have long standing relationships with our suppliers and vendors both domestically and overseas.

We have expertise in production, materials, all embellishments, logistics, distribution and customer relations.
PSA has not only seen almost every issue, but has resolved every issue to make sure that whatever project was involved there was a solution.

We are a financially sound company that has major contracts for the Army and other major agencies throughout the country.

Over the past few years we have worked with almost every type of State and Federal agency and have produced an enormous array of products.

We work direct: We have our own representatives at the factories and there are no middleman involved. This becomes very important in all regards including pricing, quality and quality control.

All of factories have been rated on delivery time, pricing, communication and quality. All of our suppliers have extremely high rating and continue to work with us on a high level.

Our loyalty to our suppliers and their loyalty to us has created a relationship that can only form through longevity. Each of our suppliers knows exactly what we expect and will provide nothing less. This type of relationship did not come overnight. It was like any other relationship that went through problems to get to the highest level.

Due to the high quality and stringent testing of many federal agencies we have major experience in all testing from materials, to ANSI, Prop 65 to FDA approvals. We have relationships with the largest testing labs and understand what the requirements are.

Our Quality Control is also one of our most important implemented plans. All of our pre-production samples are sent for approval. Prior to approval we will not proceed with production until we receive a written approval. Once the sample is approved the same factory will order the materials and start production. At this time our Quality Assurance Company will visit the location of the manufacturing to assure the materials being used are the same as the approved sample. Once the production is complete our QA will again visit the factory to make sure that each piece is the same quality. Each of our representatives has their own Quality Control team and inspect each and every piece to assure that there are no issues. If any pieces are found to not meet spec they are ether fixed or replaced. It is much more advantageous for us to find any mistakes or problems before they ship.

We will constantly send new ideas and can create any idea you might have. Our large network will allow to constantly see new products and relay them on to you. We also have not met an item we have not been able to create. We are the only company that produces copper plated shakers in the country and have been producing them for Brown Foreman for many years.

Lastly we offer top level customer service. We feel it is imperative to have great communication with our clients. We send pictures throughout production and reports if requested. We will immediately update you and answer any questions you might have. If we do not know the answer we will find out as quickly as possible. We take pride in our communication and work ethics and will do everything to make the you the client satisfied.
